Ptarmigan Bell Pottinger, the Leeds arm of the UK’s number one communications consultancy, the Bell Pottinger Group, has been selected by myfotowall.com to drive its public relations activities for the next two years.
Based in Huddersfield, Yorkshire, myfotowall has developed a patented technique that allows customers to upload digital photographs to its website and scale them to fill an entire wall with none of the usual quality problems of pixilation, colour banding and obvious joins. The photographs can be the customer’s own content or sourced from a library such as iStockPhoto.com.
The ultra-simple process is as suited to children’s bedrooms as it is to high street fit-outs. In the corporate sector, companies spend massive amounts creating advertising, brochures, exhibitions and websites, yet leave vast expanses of unbranded white space in the meeting rooms and reception areas visited by customers and prospects every day of the week. Myfotowall offers a cost-effective and flexible solution to this anomaly.
The account win forms part of a wider marketing contract between Myfotowall and Nothing-Works.co.uk, a collaborative “no win-no fee” marketing consultancy with which Ptarmigan Bell Pottinger is partnered.

Financial details of the transaction have not been released although the company has advised that remuneration is to be based on a combination of sales commissions and equity participation triggered by the achievement of performance targets. Chris Boyce, founder of Nothing-Works is to be appointed to the myfotowall.com Board as non-executive Director.
